By creating an account, completing onboarding, or using our services (including the Ashirbad Intelligence Report – AIR), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may choose not to use our platform.

We provide fintech solutions for DSAs, loan agents, and financial institutions. Our current and upcoming services include:

• Credit Analysis Portal – generate the Ashirbad Intelligence Report (AIR).
• Wallet/Prepaid Plan – recharge your wallet and use it flexibly to generate reports.
• Postpaid Plan (Optional) – based on a security deposit/commitment agreed during onboarding.
• Future Services (to be launched):
  • Bank Statement Analyzer
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

To use our services, you must complete the KYC process and provide accurate details including:

• Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, GST Certificate (if applicable).
• Contact details (Name, Phone Number, Email, Address).

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services.

• Under the Prepaid Plan, you must recharge your wallet before using the services.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• All charges are subject to applicable GST.
• Refunds, if any, will be processed as per our refund policy (case-to-case basis).

• Prepaid Plan (Wallet Feature): Users recharge their wallet with a chosen amount and use it flexibly as per their requirement. A minimum balance may be required to continue generating reports.
• Postpaid Plan (Optional): Available only for selected clients based on prior agreement. Requires a 3-month security deposit or equivalent commitment.

You agree to use our services strictly for your professional purposes (credit analysis, loan processing, etc.).

• Reports generated are for your internal use only.
• Misuse, reselling, or unauthorized sharing of reports is strictly prohibited.

• We do not store client-generated reports permanently. Once downloaded and the page is refreshed, the report data is cleared automatically.
• Your KYC and transaction data is stored securely and not shared with third parties, except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Non-payment or failure to maintain security deposits (if applicable).
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Misuse of services or unlawful activity.

While we take all measures to ensure accuracy and availability, we are not liable for:

• Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers.
• Any financial loss or business impact resulting from report usage.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted directly on this page, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
